How to Tighten the Cartridge Locking Nut

The Tap handle can become loose over time as the cartridge gets broken in. The tolerance and compression of the cartridge can cause it to slightly pull away from the locking nut, and prevent it from making a connection.

**The "magic" is tightening the cartridge locking nut around the cartridge to the proper specifications listed in Step 5.

PSI below 60 can contribute to a softer cartridge and cause this issue. The optimal pressure range for The Galley Ideal Tap is 60 PSI ≥ 75 PSI.
